The flame scanner compact version 100 is a complete, optical flame monitoring device for single and multi-burner systems. Its compact design integrates the flame relay and the analog output in the device and provides the binary signal “Flame ON/OFF” as well as the analog signal “0/4 to 20 mA” directly. It is suitable for continuous operation thanks to its fail-safe design and electronic self-monitoring.

The flame radiation is detected via a lens with an aperture angle of 2.7° and the optical fiber by a semiconductor sensor and evaluated electronically. The small aperture angle of the lens offers significant advantages, particularly for sighting tubes with small diameters and for ambient light discrimination.

Thanks to the specified ambient temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C, the CFC100 compact flame controller can be used for many industrial applications.

The HT 100 operating terminal (can be ordered as an option) can be used to carry out a flame analysis, set the thresholds of both channels and display the operating data of the appliance.
