Description

The digital flame evaluator 3003 is a 3000 series system plug-in unit that works in conjunction with the 3001 flame monitors and the system's flame sensors. The 3003 has the task of processing and displaying the output signal (pulse telegram) generated by the flame scanner in parallel with the 3001. Thanks to its additional functions, the 3003 system plug-in unit enables the flame scanner signal resulting from the current flame situation to be evaluated. It can be integrated into the control system via its relay signal output. In combination with a portable 19" mobile housing, the digital flame evaluator type 3103 becomes an indispensable tool for on-site system checks. By connecting it to the test socket of a BFI measuring adapter or simply looping it into the signal/supply path, output signals can be evaluated quickly and accurately and existing alignments of flame scanners can be reliably assessed. This provides quality support for the operating personnel and thus increases the availability of the system.
