The flame scanner compact version 200 is a complete, optical flame monitoring device for single and multi-burner systems. Its compact design integrates the flame relay and the analog output in the device and provides the binary signal “Flame ON/OFF” and
the analog signal “0/4 to 20 mA” directly. It is suitable for continuous operation thanks to its fail-safe design and electronic self-monitoring.

Die Flammenstrahlung wird über eine Linse mit 2,7° Öffnungswinkel und den Lichtwellenleiter durch einen Halbleitersensor detektiert und elektronisch ausgewertet. Der kleine Öffnungswinkel der Linse bietet insbesondere bei Sichtrohren mit kleinen Durchmessern sowie der Fremdlichtdiskriminierung signifikante Vorteile.

Thanks to the specified ambient temperature range* of -55 °C to +85 °C, the CFC200 compact flame controller can be used for many industrial applications.

Der Lichtwellenleiter erweitert den Einsatztemperaturbereich am Brenner auf +300 °C ohne Kühlung. Lichtwellenleiterlanzen mit Kühlung erreichen eine Temperaturfestigkeit von bis zu +600 °C und sind für den Einsatz im Brenner konstruiert.

The SKL sensor head is used to connect the BFI fiber optic cable to the sight tube of the respective application.
The SKL4DB sensor head is equipped with a metal-fused pressure glass pane, which protects the sensor optics from pressurization of the combustion chamber.
The quick-release fastener for BFI Ex enclosures enables quick and torsion-free installation of the sensors and compact flame detectors in the Ex enclosure as well as easy maintenance access without having to remove the connecting cable of the devices.
