Flame radiation meter

SPM

The flame radiation meter SPM is an essential component for controlling a waste incineration system.

A key component for controlling waste incineration is the firing rate control. Among other things, it processes process parameters such as live steam quantity and the flue gas parameters temperature, oxygen content and pollutant concentration. Fully automatic process control systems regulate the amount of primary air in the main incineration zone, among other things. Optimized burnout control significantly reduces the generation of CO and NOx. The combustion chamber emissions are evened out and the downstream flue gas cleaning equipment is optimally utilized.
