Adjusting devices

For adjusting the viewing axis of the flame scanner / compact flame detector. The circle in the sight represents the exact detection range of the detector. The alignment can be adjusted using a ball flange as shown below. The top line shows correspondingly good sighting images that allow the electronic sensors a clear view of the flame. The images in the bottom line show a misalignment of the sighting axis or a negative influence from burner parts.

The following optical adjustment devices are available:

• SKL for fiber optic technology
• BFI 235 for standard housing
• BFI 235-Ex for Ex enclosures
